This Tiffany & Co. Private Stock porcelain cachepot by Le Tallec is exquisitely decorated with hand-painted floral bouquets, framed by richly gilded Rococo-style scrollwork.
The underside is clearly marked in iron-red pigment script: “Tiffany & Co., Private Stock, Hand Painted, Made in France.” Le Tallec was a prestigious Parisian porcelain atelier renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship. Founded in 1928 by Camille Le Tallec, a graduate of the École du Louvre, the workshop quickly gained international recognition. In 1991, Atelier Le Tallec was acquired by Tiffany & Co.
This piece is a wonderful addition to a fine porcelain collection or a thoughtful gift for a plant or porcelain enthusiast.
