A great antique small box made from bone. Box has an intricate miniature hand painted portrait on top. Portrait is of a Royal woman with a jeweled dress and braided golden hair. No signature on portrait. Along with pieces of bone are inlay mother of pearl seashell. Top of box is hinged and working properly. Inlay lock with key included.
Measurements: 5 ½” x 4 ¾” x 3” high. Good antique condition, evident that loose pieces have been reattached. Several small tiles are missing from the bottom. Please see all pictures to appreciate.
