From 1946 to 1982, “Derrière le Miroir” was a French art and literary magazine focused on original graphics. The lithographs in the magazine might have printing and text on the back.
Joan Miro (1893-1983) was born in Barcelona, Spain. He was an artist and writer who moved to Paris in 1920. Throughout his career, Miro worked in tapestries, ceramics, sculptures, and abstract paintings and is recognized as a pioneer of Modernism.
