This semi-antique Persian Melayer rug, sized 5' x 6'9", is handwoven in Iran’s Hamadan region and thoughtfully distressed and refinished in the U.S. Employing centuries-old weaving techniques, these rugs undergo a process in our Los Angeles facility that organically tones down their original colors, transforming them into contemporary works of art. This refinishing approach breathes new life into outdated oriental rugs, adapting them to modern aesthetics and moving beyond traditional styles.
