Stately antique Buddha hand carved from a single piece of wood with time earned character and patina. Standing Buddha statues often symbolize peace, enlightenment, and spiritual heritage. Cracks and discoloration likely from years out of doors do not compromise its integrity. It is fastened to a heavy acrylic base measuring 13.5" x 10.25" x 2"H.
Originally depicted as male or gender-neutral, Guanyin is widely recognized as a female figure in Chinese Buddhism. She is known for hearing the cries of the world and offering aid and guidance to those in need.
