This is part of Chairish’s Costume Jewelry assortment.
Vintage Navajo Native American sterling silver cuff bracelet by Silversmith Steve Yellowhorse featuring a leaf design . Marked on the back sterling SY with a horse.
Interior of the cuff measures 5 1/4" with an additional 1 " gap for a total circumference of 6 1/4". Sterling Silver is relatively malleable, thus this cuff is slightly adjustable.
Width measures 2.5" straight across the widest part (from wrist bone to wrist bone).
Bracelet face measures .5 tall (the face of the bracelet, north to south).
Bracelet depth from top to the underside of wrist is 1.68".
About the artist from Gallup Trading:
Steve Yellowhorse was born in 1954. He started his jewelry in 1957. His jewelry is known for nature designs by using leafs and flower deigns with an elegant finish. He uses different techniques to make the jewelry soft and feminine, making his jewelry popular for women.
