This adjustable stool dates from 1890 to 1910 Austria with the original paper label. Double bentwood rings at the base is uncommon as is the seat with its cut-out design. Originally sold as a piano stool, its broad seat lends itself as a plant stand or other display. Telescoping seat adjusts to at least 25" in height.
Please note the small, naturally occurring bentwood split in base ring does not affect the stability or functionality of the piece. This piece was sourced in France.
