Nothing is more strikingly iconic than piece with an open (met-haneh) field. The contrast is perfect with the ivory main border and orange-red guards with their bud meander patterns. Outermost surround is a red/blue keyhole reciprocal. The blue central panel is subtly abrashed and opens a window into the void. The rosette and four "dice" layout is especially pleasing across each end. Good condition. See less
