The lighting effect can be adjusted by swapping in different lamp-bulbs to get the exact lighting effect you desire. Photography fails to capture the simple elegant illumination provided by this lamp. All the original period brass parts have been disassembled, checked and cleaned, (see the last photo). Solid cast brass. And safe for immediate use anywhere in the world.
