The upper ceiling structure is composed of a large square mirrored steel plate, from which long, rigid rods hang, supporting the central light fixture. The true highlight is the 16 striking rectangular Murano art glass plates, handcrafted with inclusions and abstract nuances in warm tones of amber, brown, and gold on a transparent, textured base. The staggered arrangement of the plates and the lamp holders oriented in different directions ensure exceptional light refraction, enhancing the artistic grain of the glass and creating evocative reflections on the steel.

Signs of age: The piece retains excellent overall integrity. The mirrored steel ceiling plate shows fine surface micro-scratches and very light oxidation marks due to age, which do not affect its shine. The Murano glass plates appear sound and well-preserved, with no visible cracks. However, there are normal imperfections from the craftsmanship of the casting and slight rubbing marks where they touch the metal hooks. The electrical system is original from the period with historic wiring, which we recommend checking before installation.
