The sturdy supporting frame is crafted entirely of polished brass, featuring four solid cylindrical legs connected by a flat profile that perfectly fits the top. The top is made of a thick square sheet of transparent smoked glass, revealing the refined architecture of the table underneath. A modern antique with a geometric, minimalist, and timeless design, it's the perfect complement to the sofa area of a contemporary or vintage living room.

Signs of age: The piece is in good overall structural condition and maintains its original stability. The entire brass frame shows clear and widespread signs of age-related oxidation, dark micro-fouling, and a natural dulling of the original gilding (especially along the upper edges of the frame and at the base of the uprights). The top glass pane is sound and free of chips or cracks at the corners, but has fine, scattered surface micro-scratches consistent with decades of daily cleaning and use.
