A West German ceramic art vase (West Germany Pottery), representative of the handcrafted production of the late 1950s. The vase retains its original small label marked "HÖHR" (with its coat of arms featuring two crossed keys), a rare detail. The body of the vase has a deep matte black glaze. The lower section is decorated with a wide band bordered by two gold rims, featuring embossed relief work forming a frieze of stylized geometric motifs (interlaced diamonds and arrows). These engravings reveal an underlayer with metallic tones ranging from bronze to antique gold and copper. The overall shape is slender with a narrow neck, accentuated at the top by a double gold band. This piece has an attribution mark,
