This impressive bar ensemble captures the glamorous spirit of 1970s Italian interior design, combining luxurious materials, bold architectural forms and sophisticated functionality.

The generously curved front is finished in beautifully figured burl wood veneer, displaying distinctive natural grain patterns and warm golden tones. A flowing brass-toned band follows the sculptural contours of the bar, creating an elegant contrast with the richly patterned wood and black faux leather upholstery.

The upper section features an illuminated back bar with mirrored surfaces, glass shelving and a decorative black panel with abstract backlit motifs, providing an atmospheric setting for displaying glassware and spirits.

One of the most striking architectural elements is the tall cylindrical light column, illuminated from above by a concealed light source within its brass-toned upper section. When illuminated, it creates a soft, diffused glow that enhances the dramatic character of the entire ensemble.

An especially unusual feature is the integrated cylindrical acrylic glass aquarium at the right end of the counter. Originally designed as a decorative aquarium, it retains electrical provisions for connecting filtration equipment. Alternatively, it can be used as a distinctive display for liquor bottles or decorative objects. Its use as an aquarium would require prior inspection of the watertightness and technical components.

Behind the counter, practical storage compartments and shelving offer space for bottles, glassware and bar accessories.

The ensemble is accompanied by two matching cylindrical bar stools, featuring the same richly figured burl wood veneer, brass-toned detailing and black skai upholstered seats. Their rounded forms complement the elegant curves of the bar.

with its remarkable proportions, integrated illumination and unusual decorative features, this cocktail bar is an outstanding statement piece for a sophisticated private residence, entertainment room, luxury hospitality interior or collector's space.

A distinctive example of glamorous Italian furniture design from the 1970s.
