The composition features slender, upright stems, elongated green and golden-yellow leaves, delicate root structures, and feathery flowering plumes. The finely rendered botanical details and soft, earthy palette create a sophisticated natural history aesthetic.

The illustration includes the historical botanical inscription *Arundo farcla Rumph.*, accompanied by *Tubu sala*, along with traditional plate markings, including Plate IX and Decad 2. These scientific references lend the artwork the distinctive character of early European botanical publications.

The substantial black wood frame features intentional decorative distressing, beautifully complemented by a raised antique-gold beaded inner border. Its rich, dark finish provides a striking contrast to the delicate botanical illustration and warm ivory background.

An elegant decorative accent for a library, study, dining room, hallway, or gallery wall. Particularly well suited to French Country, English Country, traditional, and collected interiors.

Presented beneath glass and ready to hang.
