“take me somewhere beyond the world we know. Somewhere gravity cannot reach us, where time stands still and love is the only thing that matters.”

when two hearts forget gravity

there is a moment when two people fall in love and the world around them seems to disappear.

the noise becomes distant. Time loses its meaning. Even the laws of gravity seem to surrender.

two separate lives, two different journeys, suddenly find themselves moving in the same direction.

and for one extraordinary moment, they feel as though they have become one.

in fly me to the moon, designer frankie cesare transforms this feeling into a surreal, illuminated sculpture.

two tiny acrobats embrace aboard an imaginary flying vessel, suspended somewhere between earth and the moon.

they have no wings of their own.

they have no map.

they do not even know where their journey will end.

but they have each other.

and somehow, that is enough to make them fly.

a dreamship powered by love

their extraordinary vessel appears to have been woven from hundreds of delicate metallic strands.

like a magical aircraft from a forgotten fairy tale, its silver-toned wires spread outward in two directions, surrounding glowing spheres of light.

the structure seems to be moving, even while perfectly still.

at its centre, the two lovers cling to one another.

one figure is finished in silver, the other in copper. Two different colours, two distinct identities, joined in a single embrace.

their differences have not disappeared.

they have simply discovered how beautiful it can be to travel together.

the two illuminated globes become imaginary engines, carrying the lovers towards a place beyond ordinary reality.

perhaps the moon.

perhaps another planet.

or perhaps that mysterious place we enter whenever we fall deeply in love.

because sometimes, being in someone's arms feels exactly like leaving earth.

the art of making a dream fly

the dreamship is individually handcrafted from metallic wire, shaped into an airy sculptural structure.

its long, delicate strands create the impression of movement, speed and weightlessness, while the contrasting metallic figures bring warmth and human emotion to the composition.

the two luminous globes illuminate the structure from within, highlighting the fine wires and casting intricate shadows into the surrounding space.

the result is both a functional pendant light and an imaginative work of sculptural art.
