The vibrant central decoration showcases a magnificent, large pink peony blossom paired with an orange peony, rendered in fine enamel and gold-toned wire.

The reverse side of each vase features additional intricate details, including smaller pink and yellow blossoms and a colorful bird perched among green foliage. The vases are finished with prominent, bright gold-toned rims at the mouth and shoulder, and a decorative border of upright lotus petals at the base. The interiors are fully gilded.
