The generously sized seat cushion rests on a compact base, and the sturdy block legs give the whole piece a solid, almost architectural presence. The black leather with its pronounced grain makes the typical de Sede leather quality immediately visible and tangible. Whether as a footrest in front of the sofa, as extra seating for guests, or as a tray table: the DS-17 stool is a true all-rounder. The robust leather is durable enough for everyday use and develops a beautiful patina over time. Note: Normally, the seat cushions are removable, but not in this case, as the zippers have been sewn in. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
