1970s Modern Chairs – Chromed Tubular Frame and Bent Wood.
A splendid set of 1970s vintage chairs in true Bauhaus/Industrial style.
This set combines the rationalist and functional aesthetic of modernism with extraordinary construction sturdiness. Originally designed as chairs for community and school settings, they have now become a true cult classic of modernism and interior design, perfect for adding an industrial, minimalist, or Scandinavian touch to dining rooms, creative studios, kitchens, or commercial spaces.
• Frame: Solid tubular metal frame with a polished chrome finish, featuring a clean, geometric design.
• Seat and Backrest: Made of heat-bent beech (or maple) plywood, anatomically shaped to ensure maximum comfort even during prolonged use.
• Functionality: The chairs are fully stackable, a smart, space-saving solution originally designed for maximum efficiency. They also feature black, non-slip protective feet at the base to protect any type of floor.
Dimensions:
Width 43 cm, depth 40 cm, chair height 84 cm, seat height 46 cm.
