The two bases are crafted from solid oak, the doors adorned with carved ornaments, and the frame fronts rhythmically punctuated with fluting. Everything rests on turned legs, the drawers close with a satisfying thud, and the wood bears the patina of over a century of use.

this particular piece comes from a german cabinetmaker's workshop, likely dating from the late 19th century. The surface shows signs of wear that lend the piece character – scratches, discoloration, and minor dents. The doors and drawers function perfectly, and the hardware is original. A piece that takes work seriously and was built to last.
