Its highlight is the tabletop. A wide, solid oak frame, mitered at the four corners, surrounds a central panel of thick, high-quality oak veneer with a beautifully even grain. The edge is molded and rounded, pleasing to the touch.

The apron and legs are made of pine. Four square-section tapered legs, a simple apron where the wood's knots are still visible, and no drawers: a minimalist design.

The tapered base has been fully restored by our cabinetmaker, and the entire table has been finished with a satin varnish. It is in very good condition, with no flaws to report, and ready to use.

At 180 cm long, it comfortably seats 6 people, or 8 if you squeeze in a bit. The 65 cm clearance under the apron allows standard dining chairs to fit comfortably without bumping knees.
