A small art glass vase with a rounded silhouette and striking black-and-white decoration. Fine speckling creates a richly patterned surface, overlaid with sweeping lines, angular marks, and a prominent spiral motif. A narrow circular opening completes the sculptural form.
Signed “Kaptur” on the underside and attributed to American glass artist Michelle Kaptur. Its compact size makes it an appealing accent for a bookshelf, console, or stack of art books, displayed alone or with a few delicate stems.
