A serene, dreamy 1980s coastal scene titled from the "Works on Paper" collection by celebrated Southern California artist William Buffett (American, b. 1935). Known for his tranquil, light-filled compositions, Buffett perfectly captures a peaceful Mediterranean or Southern California seaside view here. The artwork features architectural pastel-toned stucco villas nestled among lush palm trees, overlooking a calm, deep-blue ocean expanse.
This open-edition vintage fine art graphic reproduction was published by Lipman Publishing (Los Angeles / Toronto) and is signed in the plate by the artist. It features an exceptionally high-quality, custom double-mat layout utilizing a soft mauve/blush tone accented by an inner slate-blue border that highlights the colors of the print. Beautifully housed under glass in a solid, whitewashed wood gallery frame. A quintessential addition to Postmodern, coastal modern, 80s Miami chic, or transitional interiors.

The artwork print is highly preserved behind glass with soft, beautiful color retention and no buckling or fading. The heavy wood gallery frame is strong and structurally sound. The whitewashed finish on the frame shows minor, authentic age-related surface wear, light scuffs, and negligible corner paint distressing consistent with gentle residential display. less
