More About This Item
These candlesticks catch light before a candle is ever lit. Each one is solid, clear crystal in a bold geometric shape. A flared square top holds the candle, a slim stem curves inward, and a faceted square base spreads out beneath it. The facets work like prisms, throwing reflections across the table, and the heft of the glass gives the pair a sturdy, substantial feel.

They are compact, only about five inches tall. That makes them easy to place on a dining table, a console, or a mantel without blocking sight lines or conversation. A pair also works well in a bathroom or on a bedside table, and they are small enough to tuck into a bookshelf. Lit with tapers, they glow. Left empty, they sit like small crystal sculptures.

Because they come as a matched pair, they are ready to use as a symmetrical set. A single pair of clean-lined crystal pieces is also an easy gift, whether for a wedding, an anniversary, or a housewarming.

Top measures 2" across. Candle opening is approximately 1" in diameter.

Design Style
Swedish glassmakers in the mid-20th century became known for clear crystal in simple forms, letting thickness, facets, and clarity do the decorating. This pair follows that approach. The silhouette is geometric and architectural, with no applied ornament, and the shape curves in and flares out with a confident, restrained line. It fits modern, minimalist, and Scandinavian interiors, and it works as a clean counterpoint in a traditional setting. Clear crystal goes with almost any color scheme.

Brand Legacy
Orrefors is a Swedish glassworks, among the best-known names in Scandinavian glass, with a reputation for clear crystal and strong design. The Regina model is credited to Olle Alberius (1926–1993), a Swedish designer who worked in glass and ceramics, including at Orrefors, and whose work is in the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
