But just started drawing shapes not sure where I was going. I wanted to play with colors I didn't usually use but still integrate the legs with the shapes.

The colors were painted with both house paint, regular acrylic paint and shiny auto paint on white paper. Soft violet-greys, range or oranges, teeth gritting green-yellow layered in transparent and opaque paints in organic shapes. Black soft charcoal lines pull together in rhythmic directions and contraindicate the painted shapes. I even like the detail on the bottom row as another full picture.

In good light the piece is brighter and shinier in places. The size is perfect with nice proportions. It has a white border of extra inches that can be left as is or cut down to size. The primary image show some of the white border, and the other primary shows no border. If taking the piece to a framer, you will get help making a judgement as to how much border you want if any..

The piece with the white border measures 32 x 26 inches. Image alone is 26 x 22.5 inches.
It will be softly rolled and put into a hard cardboard tube for shipment.

The piece will be signed by the artist, Bess Cutler. See less
