A striking Moroccan footed tray in hand-chased silver-tone metal, finished with richly detailed arabesque, scrolling vine, and rosette motifs. The oval frame has a raised braided chevron border and scalloped inner edge, holding an inset glass top with a deep blue-gray cast. It stands on four tapered legs, each chased in medallion patterns and finished with turned finial feet. Bold bar handles at each end have decorative bosses and finials.
Wonderful as a cocktail or tea tray, styled on a coffee table or ottoman, or as a sculptural riser for a collection. It pairs beautifully with blue-and-white, chinoiserie, and global decor.
