Antique carved wood bergère-style lounge chair with matching ottoman, featuring exceptionally vibrant plaid upholstery in shades of pink, coral, orange, and golden yellow. The substantial upholstered silhouette is complemented by gracefully carved cabriole legs, carved arm supports, and detailed brass nailhead trim.
A wonderfully distinctive seating set with tremendous visual presence and a bold, decorator-driven character. The unusual combination of traditional carved details and colorful vintage upholstery makes this a particularly fun piece for an eclectic, collected interior.

Upholstery is clean and presents beautifully, with no significant stains or tears and only a few minor pulls consistent with age and use. The cushion remains firm and supportive. I think the chair is very comfortable. The carved wood frame has minor surface wear and finish loss, particularly at the feet, consistent with age. Brass nailhead trim remains in very good condition. less
