Here is a set of six Danish modern dining chairs designed by Henning Kjærnulf, with solid oak frames. Kjærnulf's sculpted style shows in the turned and carved front legs, the shaped back rails and the curved top rails.
The seats and backs are upholstered in a blue, navy and cream striped fabric, and the backs are finished with brass nailhead trim. The oak frames have a warm, honey-toned finish, and each chair is joined with side and back stretchers for strength.
Condition: Very good overall. One chair has a minor stain line on the back upholstery, shown in the photos.
