This is a charming vintage porcelain cup, decorated in the classic blue and white (青花) palette with hand-painted details. The cup features a rounded, slightly tapering body with a short foot and a distinctive, stylized loop handle on one side with a flared thumb rest. The exterior is decorated in underglaze blue against a creamy white ground. The upper section features a band of stylized floral and foliate motifs, including large blooms with star-shaped centers and feathery, scale-like leaves. The lower section is decorated with a band of upright, stylized lotus petal lappets enclosing a hatched pattern, separated from the upper design by a delicate scroll border. The interior and base are glazed in a smooth, glossy white. The base bears a four-character underglaze blue seal mark reading "景德镇制" (Made in Jingdezhen), indicating it is a vintage piece from the renowned porcelain center of Jingdezhen. A functional and collectible piece, ideal for tea or as a decorative object.
