A sculptural statement in mother-of-pearl and brushed brass, the Arcana Sideboard combines luminous natural materials with a clean, architectural silhouette.
The four-door façade is meticulously handcrafted with individually cut pieces of natural mother-of-pearl, arranged in a dramatic radiating sunburst composition. The pattern creates a sense of movement across the surface, while the natural shell reflects light in shifting tones of ivory, pearl, champagne and subtle iridescence.
A broad brushed-brass central panel creates a strong visual pause between the two radiating patterns. Fine brass framing around the doors, a brass-finished top and a low architectural base bring the composition together and give the sideboard its refined contemporary character.
Behind the four doors is a spacious brass-finished interior with shelving, designed for storing tableware, glassware, books, decorative objects or personal collections. The generous proportions make the piece suitable as a dining-room buffet, living-room credenza or statement storage cabinet.
The simplicity of the rectangular form allows the craftsmanship and materials to take center stage. From a distance, the mother-of-pearl façade reads almost like an abstract work of art; up close, the individual shell pieces reveal their natural texture, tonal variations and depth.
Each piece is individually handcrafted, and the natural variations found in mother-of-pearl ensure that no two cabinets will be exactly alike.
