Striking vintage ceramic devotional figure depicting the Virgin Mary in a graceful standing pose, with her hands extended outward in blessing. The figure features a softly sculpted ivory-yellow robe beneath a rich turquoise-blue mantle, with warm golden-brown accents throughout and a glossy glazed finish.
At approximately 16.5 inches tall, this is a substantial decorative religious sculpture with a wonderful presence. The elongated silhouette, saturated vintage palette, dimensional drapery, and hand-painted detailing give the piece a distinctly mid-century devotional-art character.
The underside/base bears an impressed production number or mold marking, but no identifiable maker's mark is present. Maker and country of origin are therefore listed as unknown.
A beautiful piece for a traditional, collected, European-inspired, or religious interior, and equally suited to a devotional display or as a sculptural vintage accent.
