This is an elegant vintage Chinese tea tray, featuring a striking golden burl wood (Nanmu) panel set within a dark rosewood (Hongsuangzhi) frame. The rectangular tray has a raised rim with rounded corners reinforced by brass mounts. The central burl wood panel displays a highly figured, swirling grain pattern with natural burl clusters, creating a beautiful contrast against the dark wood border. The underside is smooth and shows the natural wood grain. It is a solid and refined piece for tea service or display.
