Handcrafted by skilled Anatolian artisans using traditional methods passed down through generations, this vessel was originally designed not for decoration, but for sustenance, used for generations as a pot to store olives.

The glaze tells the story of its origins: a deep, earthy olive green mingles with warm, terracotta-tinged browns, evoking the groves and soil of the Mediterranean. The surface bears the honest marks of age; gentle crackling, subtle wear, and a rich patina that only decades of use can bestow. The interior still carries faint traces of its past, a quiet reminder of the olives it once cradled. Today, this vessel stands as a sculptural object, a conversation piece, and a tangible connection to Turkish culinary heritage. Display it alone, fill it with dried botanicals, or let it anchor a shelf with its quiet, grounded presence.
