Artist: Alfred Émile Léopold Stevens (Belgian, 1823-1906)
Date: Mid-20th Century (orig. 1860s)
Medium: Oil on Canvas
Style/Movement: Dutch Realism
Dimensions: 38.5" W x 5.5" D x 44.5" H
Notes: Skilled reproduction of a 19th century original housed in an ornate, carved wooden frame boasting a gorgeous gold-tone painted front. There don't appear to be many differences compared to the original, but the artist did take some liberties regarding the line work and smaller details.
