The outline takes its inspiration from the clean scandinavian sofas of the 1960s, with a wonderfully architectural silhouette, slender arms and an elegant elevated frame. Despite its crisp, minimal exterior, it is exceptionally comfortable, with deep seats and generous cushioning. The cognac refine leather is particularly good, giving the sofa a rich warmth that works beautifully against the restrained black metal legs. At just 170cm wide, it is also a very useful size , substantial enough to be a proper two-seater without dominating a room. Anderssen & voll are amongst norway's most celebrated contemporary designers, having been named both norwegian and scandinavian designers of the year and receiving numerous international design awards.
