This evocative sculptural fragment represents a small gesso-painted hand, likely once part of a larger devotional or religious figure. Expertly carved from wood and finished with layers of gesso and pigment, the hand features delicately rendered fingers and subtle remnants of its original paint, suggesting age and sacred use.
