Beneath the caramel-colored leather frame, a light wood base runs as a light strip along the entire length, giving the seating area a clear horizontal break. Below this, flat, widely splayed chrome legs support the structure and noticeably lift it off the floor. The armrests are not integrated into the frame but rest on slender chrome brackets—they appear to float beside the sofa rather than be part of it. The back cushions rest loosely on a continuous track and can be freely moved along the backrest. The armrests also offer a functional feature: they can be slid outwards slightly, thus increasing the usable seating width. The ottoman precisely echoes the leather, wood base, and chrome legs, repeating the three-part design in a smaller scale.
