The artist was famous for his massive gear mechanisms and the impressive size of his clocks.
This authentic Fleig cuckoo clock features a brass mechanism and a bronze pendulum; it runs for eight days, with the bird calling every hour accompanied by a flute melody, and a gong sounding on the half-hour and the hour.
The flute bellows are original; to preserve their authenticity, we had custom leather covers made to maintain the magnificent sound.
It is accompanied by matching Black Forest walnut wood vases featuring bird carvings.
Masterfully carved.
The clock weighs 10 kg.
