Each narrow chest features four drawers with open cane fronts, leather strap pulls and brass-tone hardware. The tops and sides are tightly woven, while the leather develops a warm, timeworn patina throughout.

Reminiscent of traditional apothecary and campaign storage chests, their unusually tall, slender proportions give the pair a sculptural presence. Excellent as decorative storage on a tabletop, desk or dressing area, and particularly well suited to British Colonial, campaign, safari and collected interiors.

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and patina throughout.
