A substantial three-drawer bachelor’s chest from Bernhardt Furniture’s discontinued Bach collection. Model 365-219 features an elegant serpentine-front silhouette, rounded paneled sides, layered molding, and a richly finished wood case topped with a thick, shaped marble slab in warm beige and taupe tones.
Three spacious drawers provide generous storage and are fitted with decorative antiqued brass-tone bail pulls and pierced rosette backplates. Its compact yet substantial proportions allow it to serve as a bachelor’s chest, oversized nightstand, entry chest, or small dresser.
The original manufacturer’s labels remain attached to the back and identify the piece as Bernhardt model 365-219, Bach Chest Base. Made in China exclusively for Bernhardt Furniture.
