Great shelving unit, model John Ild, designed by Philippe Starck in 1977 for Disform Spain.
This is one of Starck's first creations.
The unit consists of 2 matt black coated tubular steel rods, which supports the matt black lacquered wooden shelves through an ingenious system. Very clever design, it doesn't need any screws. It has 5 shelves, which are 100cm wide, the depth of the shelves is 20 - 40cm.
The unit is in good condition with some traces of wear. A few spots have been touched up slightly. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
