The tail curls into a loose loop at the rear, balancing the forward motion of the pose.

Worked in solid brass rather than a hollow or plated casting, the figure carries genuine weight in hand. Every contour, from the flared nostrils to the individually defined claws, was finished by hand after casting to sharpen the detail. See less
