This vintage hallmarked porcelain vase is by the noted Hungarian designer named Endre Szasz and is called the Adria vase. It has a very detailed scene surround in the style and influence of Piero Fornasetti. The imagery is post neo- classical in black and white with gold accents on the rim and body. The hallmarks read SZ521 and there are 2 labels.Marked '92. The manufacturer is a well known porcelain factory called Hollohaza. It is not heavy but fine porcelain.
