its distinctive base is composed of two sled-shaped supports with scrolling ends, linked by four long bobbin-turned stretchers and uprights. This low, dense and architectural construction gives the piece an almost sculptural presence. The rectangular top retains a particularly warm, deep brown patina.

a characterful piece that can be used as a coffee table, side table or presentation pedestal. Its design works equally well in a rustic interior or a more contemporary setting.

good structural condition, with a strongly developed patina, irregularities and old repairs consistent with its age. Old woodworm traces are visible on the base. A preventive xylophene treatment was applied by us to the affected areas.
