Its rounded hemispherical support gives the clock an almost planetary silhouette, characteristic of the fascination with moulded plastics and futuristic forms that shaped Space Age domestic design. The warm cream body is contrasted by a bold turquoise dial, oversized black numerals and vivid red details, creating an unmistakably 1970s colour palette.
