Antique French drop-leaf dining table dating from around 1900. The table has a cherrywood top and beech legs, with a simple rustic design.
The tabletop has two hinged leaves that can be folded down on either side. Fully opened, the table forms a round dining surface measuring 110 cm in diameter. When both sides are folded down, the depth is reduced to 60 cm.
The cherrywood has a warm natural colour with visible grain, marks and variations consistent with age and use. The woodwork has been fully restored and finished with traditional wax.
