An absolutely beautiful and large antique inlaid yew wood console table. This was made in England in the Sheraton revival style, it dates from around the 1930-50’s.
The quality is outstanding, this is extremely well made. It is very large and impressive, the yew wood grain patterns and colour tones are stunning throughout. It has incredibly fine inlays with cross banding on all of the edges. Even the lower tier has amazing grain patterns and cross banded edges. The drawers are all constructed from solid wood and have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints.
We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb for its age.
