Striking large-scale sculptural centerpiece bowl featuring an exceptionally detailed three-dimensional harvest of molded fruit, foliage, citrus slices, berries, nuts, and other botanical elements surrounding the exterior.
The elongated oval/boat-shaped form has a shallow approximately 3" deep basin and an unusual continuous fruit-encrusted exterior that gives the piece the appearance of an elaborately hand-carved antique still life. The surface is finished in a warm ivory, cream, and taupe palette with a distressed, weathered patina that emphasizes the intricate relief and creates a convincing faux-carved, faux-stone appearance.
