This pair of chairs were purchased by my grandfather in the 1950s when he was a naval officer on tour in Japan. They were proudly displayed in my grandparents’ formal living room when I was a child. After moving them with me from coast-to-coast over the years, I’m finally ready to see them go to a new owner who wants to restore them to their original beauty.
