The substantial two-part cabinet features a beautifully architectural silhouette with three upper cabinet doors, three lower cabinet doors and three drawers, providing generous storage while retaining an elegant, highly decorative appearance.

The upper doors are embellished with deeply carved fruit and foliage motifs, echoed throughout the cabinet in carved borders, ornamental panels and the elaborate shaped cornice. Turned column supports create an open serving area between the upper and lower sections, while carved bun feet complete the substantial base.

The rich dark wood patina highlights the depth of the carving and gives the piece a wonderfully atmospheric Old World character.
