Elegant antique Limoges fine porcelain demitasse saucer featuring a sophisticated Art Deco design dating to the early 20th century, circa 1929 and later. The saucer is decorated with geometric panels separated by substantial gilded bands, with alternating black-and-gold floral bouquets adding a refined decorative touch. A pronounced inner gold ring frames the saucer well and creates a particularly striking presentation when paired with its matching cup.
The underside bears the green “Limoges France Unique” mark, associated with the Union Céramique (U.C.) consortium of Limoges and used beginning around 1929.
A beautiful example of French Limoges porcelain with strong Art Deco appeal, equally suitable for display, collecting, or use with a demitasse or espresso service.
